We are a dynamic international team of 40 people with more than 10 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.
Key responsibilities:
- Craft bespoke products uniquely tailored to each client’s specifications, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to guarantee timely delivery of all orders.
- Offer personalised service by guiding clients through their projects, providing expert product and design recommendations.
- Develop innovative solutions that bring customer visions to life and consistently exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the atelier production leader to implement efficient quality control procedures and refine processes for customised production.
- Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content that highlights the department’s unique services and craftsmanship.
- Report directly to the atelier production leader, ensuring smooth, aligned operations.
Key qualifications:
- You’re motivated, focused, and have a natural talent for hands-on craftsmanship.
- You’ve completed vocational training in leatherwork or a related field.
- You’re confident working with a sewing machine.
- You communicate well in English and German is a plus.
- You bring a positive vibe to the team and thrive as a proactive team player, always offering creative ideas and solutions.
- You have a genuine passion for notebooks, leather, and artisanal craftsmanship.
