Full-time (40h/week)
In this role, you’ll create high-performing content that brings our products, and their stories, to life across social media, website, and ads. You’ll work closely with our social media and product marketing teams to produce videos, photos, and tutorials that help our audience understand, appreciate, and fall in love with our craftsmanship.

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team with over 120 people of more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.
Your responsibilities:
You’ll create engaging, product-focused videos and photos for social media, digital campaigns, and product launches.
You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to produce high-converting, ad-optimized content.
You’ll evaluate content performance through KPIs and data insights, using these learnings to iteratively refine and enhance future assets.
You’ll develop educational content, including tips, tricks, and tutorials, for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
You’ll collaborate with the brand team to ensure all content aligns perfectly with our storytelling and overarching campaign goals.
You’ll stay up to date with trends in social and digital product marketing, particularly within the lifestyle and stationery space.
You’ll appear on camera to explain or demonstrate products in an authentic, relatable, and engaging way.
You’ll capture premium product photography and video content that is visually consistent and deeply aligned with the paper republic brand identity.
Your Profile:
You have experience creating product-focused content for social media or e-commerce (ideally for a lifestyle or premium brand)
You are highly confident filming, editing, and creating high-quality product photography, with a sharp eye for visual composition
You are comfortable working on camera and speaking naturally about products and their features
You know exactly how to capture attention in the first few seconds and structure content for high retention
You are familiar with common content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Creative Suite)
You understand what makes content engage organically versus what drives conversions in paid advertising
You can effortlessly balance creativity with strategy, creating content that both inspires and sells
You are fluent in English
