We love leather and paper and are one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality notebooks in Europe, headquartered in Vienna, with worldwide online sales. We are an international, dynamic team of 40 employees from over 10 nationalities, who enjoy developing and implementing ideas together.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will support us with the processing of all our e-commerce orders (online retail).
- You will fulfill customers' personalization requests on our embossing machine.
- You will assist in producing and packaging goods and products.
- You will be responsible for stamping shipments and ensuring delivery to our end customers.
- You will support us in ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth collaboration with our production and customer support teams.
- You will assist us in organizing the storage of materials and maintain accurate inventory (stocktaking, etc.).

You will ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
Your Profile:
- Ideally, you already have experience in warehouse logistics and/or order processing or shipping.
- You are motivated, focused, and organized.
- You enjoy working according to structured workflows.
- You like to stand and move during your work and are physically fit.
- You are flexible and can handle stressful situations.
- You speak good English.
- You enjoy working in a team and proactively contribute ideas and solutions.
