paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over five locations with more than 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse and office, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with a passion for storytelling and design. In this role, you’ll define our target audiences, shape campaign strategies, and craft the messages that introduce our products to the world. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and our Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you’ll ensure each launch reflects the authentic, thoughtful, and inspiring spirit of paper republic.
Your tasks:
Analyzing audiences who will fall in love with our new products
Setting clear, meaningful campaign goals and measuring their performance
Focus on copywriting that resonates across all touchpoints (specifically for launch emails, website product information and packaging)
Collaborating with design, sales, and product teams to tell one cohesive story
Reviewing performance together with the Marketing Campaign Coordinator, learning from results, and refining how we communicate
Bringing creativity, curiosity, and new ideas to every project
Elevating our brand communication to better engage with our community
Your profile:
3-4 + years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or brand communication, ideally within lifestyle, design, or premium consumer goods
Hands-on experience in digital marketing and storytelling, with an ability to bring brand narratives to life
A keen sense for storytelling and tone, knowing how to evoke emotion through words and visuals and create desire
Strategic and analytical mindset, combining creativity with curiosity for data-driven insights
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a small, fast-paced, and creative team environment
A genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and thoughtful made products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level). Proficiency in German is a plus

A salary of € 2.600 gross for 40 hours/week, with adjustments based on education and experience.
