As the global reference for retail experience and operational excellence, you will design the frameworks, standards, and tools that ensure every store, shop-in-shop, and wholesale partner delivers a consistent, premium brand experience.

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team over 110 people with more than 25 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.
Your responsibilities
You’ll define and evolve global retail experience and operational standards for owned stores and partner locations
You’ll develop and maintain physical brand and retail guidelines, translating brand values into tangible in-store execution
You’ll own the global retail audit framework, regularly reviewing points of sale and identifying opportunities to elevate consistency, visual merchandising, and customer experience
You’ll create and continuously improve retail toolkits (VM guidelines, manuals, checklists, toolbooks) used across all markets
You’ll define and standardize store operations frameworks and KPIs in collaboration with operations and shop teams
You’ll act as a strategic partner to stores, enabling strong execution through clear standards
You’ll identify best practices across markets and ensure learnings are shared and embedded globally
Your profile
You’ve a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, retail excellence, or brand experience
You have a strong strategic mindset combined with a solid understanding of real-world retail operations
You’ve a strong understanding of how brand standards translate into physical space
You’re able to create systems, guidelines, and tools that scale effectively across markets
You have a strong eye for detail combined with a pragmatic, operational mindset
You’re fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus
