We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Development Manager to join our fast-paced, creative team. In this role, you’ll connect ideas with execution, streamlining workflows, aligning teams, and helping to bring innovative product concepts to life with clarity and focus.
You’ve worked in product development, ideally with physical goods or materials like leather, and bring a fresh perspective along with a strong sense for structure and feasibility. You understand development processes end to end - from organising information and files to ensuring supplier-ready documentation. You’re confident comparing offers and assessing what makes sense, both creatively and practically. Occasional supplier visits are part of the role, so flexibility and curiosity are a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Shape and manage product development workflows – from first idea to final handoff – ensuring smooth collaboration, clear processes, and consistent quality
- Oversee product development activities, offering strategic input and creative direction to keep projects aligned with overall goals
- Bridge vision and execution by working closely with Operations to assess feasibility and ensure production readiness
- Collaborate with the CMO and Brand Studio to translate strategic direction into actionable plans for the product team
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment, acting as the main point of contact between product, brand, marketing, and operations
- Support effective prioritization and realistic capacity planning
- Lead and develop a small creative team of 2 product developer and 1 graphic desinger, fostering an open, supportive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
- Maintain quality standards and documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet internal expectations and are easy to implement across teams
Your Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in product development, product or industrial design, or a similar creative role – ideally with exposure to physical products or packaging
- Leadership experience, whether as a formal team lead or in a senior, ownership-driven role
- Confidence in giving direction and feedback, paired with a hands-on attitude when needed
- The ability to bridge creative vision with operational reality – balancing design quality with feasibility, timelines, and business goals.
- A structured, organised working style that brings clarity without unnecessary complexity
- A strategic mindset that connects brand, user, and market context with day-to-day execution
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a calm, solution-oriented presence
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
We Offer You:
- A fulfilling role in a young, innovative, and international team that values your creativity
- Integration into a dynamic, fast-growing company, where every day brings new opportunities and challenges
- Interesting development opportunities with an annual personal development budget
- Flexible working hours and structured work processes, creating the perfect balance for your productivity
- Monthly happiness events, summer parties, after-work events, brunches, and outings
- Employee benefits (e.g. public transportation, 50% discount on all our products, monthly food allowance,...)
- A salary of €3,000 for 40 hours/week, with adjustments based on education and experience
Do you feel this appeals to you? Then let us know why YOU are the right fit for us and send us your documents, ideally with a portfolio showcasing your work along with your application.
We look forward to receiving your application!
