We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Marketing Campaign Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our dynamic marketing team for 35-40h a week. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our product launch campaigns by collaborating across departments and driving seamless coordination. Your goal will be to bring campaigns to life, on time, on brand, and with impact. After the duration of the maternity leave cover, there will be the possibility to change into a permanent contract in a similar position.

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of 110 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.
Your responsibilities
You’ll coordinate all involved teams and lead regular meetings to keep everyone aligned and campaigns on track
You’ll manage campaigns from concept to rollout by ensuring all assets like visuals, copy, photos and promotional materials are delivered on time
You’ll work closely within the brand marketing team to develop campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones
You’ll work with our analytics team to track campaign performance, prepare clear reports and present insights and recommendations for future improvements
You‘ll proactively remove workflow roadblocks, identify process or communication gaps and propose effective solutions to keep campaigns running smoothly
You’ll regularly update stakeholders on campaign progress, ensuring transparency and alignment
Your profile
You’ve proven experience in campaign coordination, marketing or project management, ideally 2 years or more
You are proficient in project management tools and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
You’ve strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
You’ve exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
You can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
You’ve a passion for premium stationery, design, and creative expression is a bonus

A salary of € 2.400 gross for 40 hours/week, with adjustments based on education and experience.
